Enrollment
Enrollment in a program is confirmed once a deposit or payment is received and any required onboarding documents (including an NDA and media release) are signed and returned. A deposit reserves your seat in a cohort.
Tuition & payment plans
Tuition is as quoted at enrollment. Where a payment plan is used, you agree to complete the scheduled payments. Specific terms — amounts, dates, and methods — are confirmed in writing when you enroll.
Refunds
Refund and cancellation terms are provided in your enrollment agreement. Because cohorts are small and seats are limited, deposits may be non-refundable; the specifics are set out in the agreement you sign before the program begins.
Media release
Events and sessions may be photographed or recorded. Enrolled students complete a media release covering how this content may be used. Event attendees may also be photographed in shared spaces.
Conduct
The academy is a respectful, focused, generous space. We reserve the right to remove anyone whose conduct undermines the safety or experience of the group.
No guarantee of outcomes
We are wholly committed to your development, and our programs describe a pathway and trajectory — not a guaranteed booking, income, or result. Your outcomes depend on your own work and many factors outside our control.
